Due to continued growth we are searching for Truck Driver CDL A Long Haul Private Fleet within 100 miles of Boise, ID.
Compensation
- Annual salary up to $100,000 per year, which includes:
- Activity based and accessorial pay (can include layover, detention, stop-off, etc.)
- High weekly miles.
- Home every 21 days.
- Weekly paychecks.

Work Schedule
- 21-day routes, home-time every 3 weeks.
- Start times vary, typically early mornings
- Plan your own route, breaks, etc.; pre-scheduled appointments at most stops.
- Routes are 100-miles from distribution locations.
- One pet allowed per tractor.
- One passenger allowed (10 years of age or older) upon approval.
- Truck may be taken home with prior approval.
- Must be flexible with work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Backing in and out of docks
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of CDL A tractor-trailer experience, must have OTR experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
