Due to continued growth, we are searching for Regional Truck Driver CDL A Delivery Driver within 60 miles of Troy, OH.

Compensation

Average Annual Salary $98,000 per year, which includes:

• Average weekly pay $1,900 per week
• Activity-based pay (mileage, stops, layover, detention, etc.).
• Average 2,000-3,000 miles per week.
• Bi-Weekly paychecks.

• Eligibility begins after 60 days.

Work Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday (home early Friday morning).
• Depart Sunday 2pm-4pm, depending on first stop location.
• Typically home for 34-hours reset (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
• Driver assist unloading garage doors by hand to distribution centers.
• Dedicated route position with backhauls at end of each week.
• Make 8-15 stops per day, average is 11 stops per day.
• Coverage area is east of the Rocky Mountains, no NYC.
• Routes vary and can change without notice. Must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Backing in and out of docks.
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
• Secure loads after each delivery using loading bars in trailers.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 12 months CDL A tractor-trailer required
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
• Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.
