Compensation
- Average annual salary of $40,000-$60,000 per year, which includes:
- Hourly pay $19.00-$21.00/hour, Based off of prior experience
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Typical work week is 40-45 hours per week
- Bi-Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, some weekends as needed
- Typically work between 7am-3pm, work until work is completed
- No layovers; home every day
- Make 3-6 stops per day; out of the truck at each stop.
- 60% driving and 40% warehouse
- Touch freight delivery; hand unload assist
- Some warehouse duties – Inventory, Receiving and loading garage doors on trucks
- Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule
Responsibilities
- Drive 26 foot Non CDL straight truck and/or box trucks, no air brakes
- Transport products to specific route destinations
- Delivering garage doors and warehouse duties
- Touch freight, hand delivery to distributions centers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues
Requirements
- Hold a valid Driver´s License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating straight truck and/or box truck
- Must have an For hire endorsement
- No Air Brakes endorsement required
- Valid DOT card required and must pass company’s criminal background requirements
- Must be flexible with work schedule; days and times. Weekends and Holidays included
- Be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds frequently
