Due to continued growth, we are hiring Local and Regional Truck Driver CDL A within 45 miles of Perrysburg, OH.
Compensation
- Average annual salary $85,000 per year, which includes:
- Activity-based pay: Mileage, stop, unload, etc.
- Guaranteed $1,600/week regardless of number of days worked.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus paid $3,500 at 6 months and $3,500 after 1 year of employment.

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, no weekends.
- Start times vary, typically between 5am-7am, work until work is completed.
- Typical work week is 50-60 hours per week.
- Layovers possible 1-2 times per week. Some weeks home every day.
- Local & Regional routes, delivering to OH & MI.
- Average 10-20 stops per day.
- Deliver hardware supplies using day cab and 53′ dry van.
- Driver unload using pallet jack and/or hand cart.
- Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule and/or customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive day cab with 53′ dry van trailer to transport to specific route destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL A experience; both local and regional delivery experience required.
- Drive automatic day cab with 53′ dry van semi-trailer.
- Hazmat and doubles/triples endorsement preferred. Must be willing to obtain upon hire.
- Experience delivering freight using pallet jack and/or hand cart.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
