Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for Branch Manager to work in our Albany, NY facility.
Compensation
Average annual salary $85,000-$105,000 per year, which includes:
- Negotiable annual salary, based on experience

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, no weekends.
- Business hours 7am-4pm, work until work is completed.
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Routing can change frequently throughout day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch profit and loss accountability.
- Hire, coach, train, and motivate branch employees.
- Experience with monitoring performance and following disciplinary actions of branch employees.
- Problem-solving, maintaining, anticipating inventory supply and demand.
- Manage sales team and oversee bids to ensure acceptable pricing and/or margins .
- Improve customer service levels and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
- Creating work schedules; controlling overtime costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers using soft-sales skills.
- Create a team-building environment; build effective operations and sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience with P&L management of a wholesale and/or retail branch operation.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and overseeing delivery operations preferred but will train.
- Strong leadership skills; proven experience with effective change management, etc.
- Experience with building and managing effective operations and sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses/
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S..
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds with no assistance.
