Due to continued growth we are searching for Truck Driver CDL A – Home Weekly that live in the central Kentucky region.
Compensation
- Annual salary up to $65,000-$75,000 per year, which includes:
- Activity based and accessorial pay (can include layover, detention, stop-off, unloading, etc.)
- Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of safe driving
- Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,500 after 90 days
- Fuel efficiency bonuses
- Safety bonuses; potential of additional $2,500 per year, paid quarterly.
- 2300-2500 miles per week
- Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule
- 5-6 day workweeks with HOS reset.
- Home weekly.
- Start times vary, typically early mornings.
- Plan your own route, breaks, etc.; pre-scheduled appointments at most stops.
- Routes cover Midwest to East Coast (no NYC forced dispatch).
- Must be flexible with work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Backing in and out of docks
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum 12 months CDL A tractor-trailer experience required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Late model Volvo, Mack, and Peterbilt.
- Two-day orientation in Lexington, KY. Travel, hotel, and car rental paid by company.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
