Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Processing Coordinator Inventory who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, excellent communication, math and analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, to work in our Woodburn, OR facility.

Compensation

Average annual salary $40,000-$55,000 per year, which includes:

  • Hourly rate of $20.00-$26.00/hour, based on experience
  • Typically work 40-50 hours per week
  • No overtime per state agricultural employment regulations (pending revision in 2024)
  • Bi-Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical work scheduled 9am-5pm, or until work is completed
  • Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Working in an office setting 90% of the time and 10% of the time working in warehouse setting.
  • Meeting supply chain objectives
  • Managing inventory and filing systems
  • Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year
  • Assessing and improving flows of supplies
  • Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly
  • Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes
  • Reporting to management

Requirements

  • Customer service and inventory control experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS (warehouse management system) and spreadsheet knowledge
  • Work with inventory control documentation processes
  • Complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management
  • Excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques
  • Build strong working relationships with team-members and operations groups
