Compensation
Average annual salary $45,000-$55,000 per year, which includes:
- Hourly pay $21.80-$26.00/hour, based on experience
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Typical work week is 40-45 hours per week

Work Schedule
- 5-day work week; 6-7 day work week during harvest season.
- Monday-Friday; start time vary, depending on assigned routes (10pm, 3am, 5am, 6am).
- Home every night, no layovers.
- Make 1-3 stops per day; out of the truck at some stops.
- Three types of deliveries: Dock deliveries/no touch; end user deliveries with driver unload using using pallet jack; and bulk pickup from farms/growers.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and type of work.
Responsibilities
- Backing in and out of docks
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months CDL A driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.
