Company has been in business since 1932 providing delicious snacks and dips across the world. Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Yard Jockey Spotter in Binghamton, NY.

• Hourly wage of $27.17 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
• Typical work week is 40-50 hours per week.
• Weekly paychecks.

• 5-day work week, varied schedule, including some weekends.
• Work until work completed, typically 812 hours per day:
  • Wednesday-Sunday start time 11:00pm.
  • Thursday/Friday start time 7:00am.
  • Saturday/Sunday start time 11:00am.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs.

• Make 25-35 moves per day with straight-trucks and tractor-trailers using spotter trucks and day cabs.
• Some shuttling to/from plants and/or fueling pumps. Most work completed in the yard.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Report mechanical issues, fueling, and checking reefer units.
• Backing tractor trailer and box trucks in and out of docks.

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License.
• Spotter, Yard Jockey, Hostler, and/or Yard Horse experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year CDL A experience preferred; backing into docks, tight spaces, etc.
• Must be able to Driver a Manual Transmission.
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Be able to lift, push, pull 10-20 pounds with no assistance.
