Compensation – Average annual salary $70,000 to $100,000+ per year which includes:
- Activity-based pay (miles, stops, etc.).
- Approximately 1500-2500 miles per week.
- Work 50-60 hours per week.

Work Schedule
- Home daily, no overnights.
- Monday-Friday and/or Tuesday-Saturday.
- Work schedule start times in the evenings; obtain work schedule 24-hours in advance.
- This is a 24/7 delivery operation; some routes include weekends and/or Holidays.
- Deliveries typically within a 250 mile radius.
- Make 2-6 stops per day; Routes may cover surrounding states (must be Interstate endorsed).
- Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs.
- Route delivery, no touch freight.
- Drive CDL A day cabs with 53′ trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
- Backing 53′ dry vans into loading docks and/or trucking operation yards in tight spaces, operating landing gear, etc.
- Secure pallets in trailers using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
- Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
- Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required, 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop deliveries, drops, etc.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.
