Compensation – Average annual salary $70,000 to $85,000+ per year which includes:
- Hourly pay $30.65 per hour, $32.75 after training.
- $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus
- Work 40-50 hours per week.

Work Schedule
- Work 4 days per week including every Saturday; 2-days off per week consecutively.
- Home daily, no overnights or Sunday work.
- Varied work schedule/start times; obtain work schedule 24-hours in advance.
- Deliveries typically within a 250 mile radius.
- Make 2-6 stops per day; Routes may cover surrounding states (must be Interstate endorsed).
- Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs.
- Route delivery, unloading, pallet breakdown, merchandising shelves, displays, etc.
- Drive CDL A day cabs with 53′ trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
- Backing 53′ dry vans into loading docks and/or trucking operation yards in tight spaces, operating landing gear, etc.
- Secure pallets in trailers using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
- Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
- Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
- Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop deliveries, touch and/or merchandising, etc.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.
